# What can a starter website budget include?

A starter website works when one clear offer fits on one page. Orvunweb Start includes up to six sections, one language and a contact form. An independent repair specialist can present services, coverage, process, questions and a contact form within six sections. A single-page package does not include an online store or a customer account system.

A useful way to test the starting scope is to assemble a text-only version first. Put the six proposed section headings in order and add the real copy underneath. Read it without photographs or animation. If the service becomes understandable only after someone explains it aloud, the content needs attention before design begins. If several unrelated offers require long explanations, the one-page structure may be the wrong starting point.

Do not spend the entire preparation effort on the first visual block. The contact section also needs a clear purpose, truthful submission wording and a real retrieval process for the business. The questions section should address actual uncertainty, such as service coverage or the information needed for an estimate. A concise first website can leave out optional decoration while still being complete for its intended task. Record later ideas separately so that they do not quietly become promises attached to the starting price.

## Design the page around one job

A small starting budget works best when the website has one principal job. That might be explaining a local service and collecting an enquiry, introducing an independent professional or giving a new business a credible destination for referrals. Write that job in one sentence. If the sentence contains selling products, managing appointments, handling memberships and maintaining customer accounts, the requirement has already moved beyond a straightforward introductory page.

The Start package is a one-page website with at most six content sections, one language, a contact or application form, responsive presentation and basic technical SEO. Treat the six sections as a reading sequence rather than six boxes that must be filled. A visitor should understand the offer, check whether it applies to them, see how work happens and find the contact action. A short but well-edited page can do this without pretending to be a large corporate website.

For an illustrative repair specialist, the sequence might be introduction, supported equipment, real coverage area, enquiry process, common questions and contact. A freelance proofreader could instead use introduction, editing services, authorized work examples, collaboration process, questions and enquiry. The two pages may have the same section limit while requiring different emphasis and visual treatment.

## Prepare the material that makes the scope work

Write the actual service descriptions before choosing decorative effects. List what is included, any important exclusions and the information needed to respond to a request. Provide a usable logo if one exists, or agree the intended typographic treatment. Select photographs only when the rights are clear and the images represent the business honestly. There is no need to invent a team, office or long trading history to make the page feel established.

Choose a primary contact action. Asking someone to describe a project is different from claiming to confirm a booking. The form should ask for enough information to begin a conversation, explain which fields are optional and show success only when submission has genuinely succeeded. A first enquiry does not need to collect every technical detail that can be discussed later.

Start includes one grouped revision round within the agreed scope. Gather comments into one coherent list, ideally with the affected section and desired change. Changing a heading or clarifying a service description can be a revision. Adding a second language or a booking engine changes the scope. The planning estimate is three to five working days after the required content, logo and materials are ready; the written proposal establishes the actual schedule.

## Recognize the point where a larger scope helps

A second page is justified when it answers a substantial separate question, not simply because a larger site looks more impressive. If customers need detailed explanations of several services, a multi-page plan may give each subject appropriate space. If staff need a content management panel, clarify the editing workflow before purchasing: a panel is not automatically included in Start.

The creation price is TRY 5,000. Domain registration and renewal, business email, paid services and continuing maintenance are separate subjects. Suitable static hosting may be available within a free plan’s conditions, but that is not a promise that every operating cost disappears. No payment or card information is collected through the Orvunweb application.

Before committing, put your proposed six sections on one sheet and read them as a prospective customer. Can that person tell what you do, whether you serve their need and what happens after contacting you? If the answer is yes, a focused starting website may be enough. If answering requires hidden pages or unlisted features, resolve those requirements in the proposal first.

One-time build fee. Domain, email and ongoing maintenance are considered separately. A written proposal confirms the final scope.

## Practical checklist

- Choose one primary action
- Prepare the copy before design
- Keep booking and payment outside the scope

**A concrete example:** An independent repair specialist can present services, coverage, process, questions and a contact form within six sections.

**A boundary to keep clear:** A single-page package does not include an online store or a customer account system.
