# Cookies and browser storage

## Language choice

Choosing a language explicitly may save an orvunweb_locale preference cookie for one year. It holds only the language code and does not override an explicit language URL.

## Submission security

Cloudflare Turnstile checks applications. Cloudflare may process technical request information as part of that service. Advertising cookies and marketing analytics are not enabled by default.

## Browser storage

Form fields are not stored in persistent localStorage. A confirmation without personal data may be kept briefly in sessionStorage in the same tab. You can remove cookies through browser settings.
