## Information we process

Your name, email, optional phone number, business name, project description and preferences are used to review your application and respond. We do not request card or payment details. Do not include sensitive personal information in the description.

## Infrastructure and safeguards

The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Applications are stored in D1 and Turnstile helps reduce automated abuse. Short-lived HMAC-derived keys, rather than raw IP addresses or emails, support request limits. These keys are not treated as fully anonymous.

## Retention and access

Only the authorised operator reviews applications. The owner must verify retention periods and privacy contact details before commercial publication. Configured deletion removes unnecessary records. Form content is not published or saved in persistent browser storage.

## Your choices

You can choose not to submit. Marketing consent is not required to apply. Verified operator and contact information belongs in the publication configuration. This notice does not claim legal certification.
