## Application and proposal

Submitting does not create a purchase contract, payment duty or confirmed deadline. Pages, languages, revisions, content responsibilities, separate costs and commercial terms are agreed in writing. This website takes no payments.

## Package scope

Prices describe a one-time website build in Turkish lira. The owner must verify the tax display. Domain names, email, paid services and ongoing maintenance are considered separately. Blog infrastructure does not mean ongoing article writing.

## Content, licences and delivery

Customers must have the right to use submitted text, logos and images. Source code and files are supplied within the agreed scope. Third-party assets retain their own licences. Revisions remain within approved scope.

## Examples and outcomes

Design concepts are not client references. Search rankings, traffic, revenue and particular performance results are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates depend on the required content being ready.
